Description: Design and Build
The new project replaced the Hong Kong office after completion as the regional headquarter.
Phase I includes the following work :
1¨Cstorey production hall, steel structure, 4,425 m2;
2-storey office building of 600 m2, the foundation design already considers the future extension of the third floor;
External works including annex buildings;
Design & Build, including developing the conceptual design for the Client, and organizing all authority approvals, both for the Contractor and the Client. |
